Week 47. Play Goat Challenge

Play is as important as work. The ballerinas have worked that out. After their training they head out onto the field and Play with the ball. The goat kids on the ofter had don’t agree with the smell of the shoes. If must be horrible. Goat’s are usually not very fussy when it comes to smell, but old, smelly ballet shoes must tip it over the edge. I don’t blame them.

I can imagine that the ballerinas like to Play after training. Training is quite harsh. Play is a great way of relaxing. As long as they don’t damage their precious little toes. Then again, it can’t be worse than standing on tippy toes for hours on end. I reckon it goes down well to kick a ball for a while.

I was never into ball games. To be honest I found more satisfaction in gym work. Not the gym where you lift all those weights, I was a gymnast. In hindsight I should have had a try at ballet. But back then I wasn’t interested in it.

Now, How did I get to this drawing? Play was the theme for this week. I had this idea sketched up for a while now. It was since the time of the Dance theme. But for some reason it didn’t work. Again, I shelved this one in the sketch form and did other work. I liked it and resurrected it for the Play theme. I had to modify it a little bit and that was it. I kind of like it now. It certainly is different to the other ones I have done.

That’s enough from me. I hope you like it and feel free to look in here again soon. There will be more goat related shenanigans soon. Until then.
