Week 43. Monster Goat Challenge

Is there a Monster under the bed? There is. actually there are three!!! They don’t know that they are the monster. Poor things. The kid in bed must think something strange is going one. Mum doesn’t like the constant interruptions and tells him off. That spooks the kids under the bed, thinking that there is a Monster under the bed where they are.

Our goats aren’t afraid of a lot of things. Once they have settled into an area, they know of all the different sounds there are. They know what’s going on.

What do you know about Monsters under the bed? I haven’t found any yet. I see it that way, why hiding under the bed when you can sleep in the bed where it is nice and warm. My monsters aren’t scary. Mine are fluffy and warm. No no, I wouldn’t invite them to come into bed with me, but it seems odd to stay under the bed with all the dust. If I would be a Monster I would kick the kids out of bed and sleep in the bed myself.

A bit of information about the drawing itself. I started on paper with a sketch, then inked it, also on paper and lastly I added some colour, again on paper. Then I went to the scanner and digitalised it. There I could modify it a little bit in Photoshop. It’s a Monster task. Actually not. I do enjoy working on the papers. I don’t use a lot of expensive paper. I have them all in a book form. I’m not the most organised person. In saying that, I’m well organised. But hang on, you’re contradicting yourself. True, you have to know your weakness in order to get better at it. I worked out a system that works for me and it’s quite good.

There you go. If you like to ask a question, please feel free. Just drop me a line or two.
