The Friday Toilet Cartoons, Page 81 to 84. Jail

Right, we are escaping Jail. But this can’t be good. We have our Alaskan friend from the cold turing up near a Jail somewhere and for some reason the have a weird family reunion. What a family that must be. I don’t want to meet the parents. But this is now where we are and it’s going to become a lot weirder.

Page 81:   Here we are, at a classic Jail break. You know, the old Western style Jail breaks. They hook up a few horses and rope up the Jail bars and hop, they are free. This guy from Alaska must be strong like an ox. He just pulls the bars right off the walls. I had fun drawing this page.

Page 82:   The police is straight onto them. There is no escaping. But what the police didn’t think of is that the guy pulling the Jail bars off the wall is super strong. That little police officer is no match for him. so he gets that old “Bud Spencer” knock on the head. He’s out for a while.

Page 83:   Now this assault on the police doesn’t just go away. Sure enough the knocked around police officer calls for backup which promptly turns up. I looks like we have ourselves a lovely fight at hand. Again, it is leaning on Western style violence. I loved those Bud Spencer and Terrence Hill movies. I suppose they shine a bit through in my cartoons.

Page 84:   This is where I set the story up for another adventure. We’re off to new places. But where? We can’t just leave here and disappear. I have a feeling we are heading onto a long trip. Our friend is willing to visit the aliens home planet. Sure enough you wouldn’t just head out into space without proper planning?

We left the fighting brothers behind and seek a new adventure. Hooray! Tune in a gain in due time for more weirdness.

Danny
