What is Whimsy? Who is Whimsy? What does Whimsy mean? These were my questions at first as well. It was a challenge. Most of my cartoons are whimsical. So how do I draw something depicting whimsical? Well this is my view:
Most of these cartoons in this challenge are in a frame. The goats discover the word Whimsy outside the frame and they want to know what it is. They try to work out by questioning it.
